Emirates Thobe Return Policy

1. Emirates Thobe always thinks about its customers and that’s why we have a return policy available for all our customers.
2. Return is possible within two weeks of the purchase.
3. The material shouldn’t be used, damaged, or dirty. If so, the return and refund won’t be possible.
4. The material should be sent back by the customer and he will bear the delivery charges from his location to the shop.  
5. Once the material is received and checked, the payment will be sent to the client’s bank account within 5 working days.
6. All additional charges will be given by the customer for the returns and refunds.
7. Customers can get another fabric as well through the return policy, but the request should be made within 2 weeks from the time of order.
